SoulSpeed to get the bushings pressed in, and then the alignment afterwards. Dropping subframe is actually pretty simple, although it seems daunting. There's 4 main nuts, and then a couple of extra ones. Disconnect the brake sensors, driveshaft, coilovers, etc, then drop. Pro-tip that I learned, it's much easier if you go ahead and break all the various arms nuts and bolts loose while the subframe is still on the car, rather than off. Although it seems large, it can be a PITA getting those to move when the subframe is off the car. Especially do the lower control arm ball joint, good god.
